You wanted to know more about our Estate Sparkling Rose, so here it is! 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay; she boasts delicate bubbles, zesty acidity and notes of light red berries and peach 🍑 🍓. Currently being sold by the glass and bottle at the @suhruwines tasting house, or shop online at liebcellars.com. 🍾

Asparagus season is just around the corner! So is Sparkling Rosé season! (Not that we don't drink sparkling wine all year, because we definitely do!)

Our Estate Sparkling Rosé is made in the traditional method (a.k.a. Méthode Champenoise) which yields a super-fine mousse & complex brioche-y flavors. Combine those elements with bright just-picked strawberry notes and you have a wine that is the perfect match for dinner with roasted spring vegetables as the star.
(Pro-tip: Keep an eye on @sangleefarms for the best asparagus you've ever had!)
