Welcome to the delectable world of cheese and charcuterie board crafting! In this engaging class, students embark on a culinary adventure where they learn the art of assembling the perfect cheese and charcuterie boards. From selecting the finest cheeses and cured meats to mastering the art of pairing flavors and textures, participants immerse themselves in the sensory delights of creating a visually stunning and palate-pleasing board through hands-on demonstrations and expert guidance.

With a focus on creativity and personal expression, this class promises to inspire both novice enthusiasts and seasoned gourmands alike, fostering a newfound appreciation for the craftsmanship of these timeless culinary delights. This is a 90 minute course for guests 21+ over, and we ask that pups stay at home. Reservations Required.

About the instructor:
Alicia Ekeler (unknowingly) began her career in hospitality in 2003 as a server at an Outback Steakhouse, an experience she insists was more formative than it sounds. Transitioning from the art gallery curation world in 2009, she graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in 2011 and completed the Advanced Certification at the Wine & Spirits Education Trust in New York City by 2016. Following stints in various hospitality environments and roles, she settled on the North Fork, captivated by both the wine region and the quality of life it offered. Alicia Ekeler has been with Lieb Cellars since the Cutchogue tasting room opened its doors in 2012 and eagerly anticipates engaging in further educational endeavors with our guests.
